Credence Analytics undertakes complete responsibility for Project and Program Management for the implementation of all its products.
This is to ensure that the products are implemented in such a way that they can be aligned to existing processes and utilized to the maximum extent by our customers. Credence Analytics firmly believes that it can enhance the processes at customer sites by sharing industry best practices as a part of implementation. Credence Analytics follows industry standard project management principles related to Software Product Implementation projects. This follows complete project life cycle of product workshop, gap identification, specification building, solution design documentation, configurations and internal testing, user training, user acceptance testing, data migration and finally Go Live. The system architecture allows on site customization to address client specific requirements like reports and interfaces. The implementation team involves people with domain knowledge as well as skills in report design using the inbuilt report designer provided in the system. This ensures that customization can be carried out as fast as possible to achieve quickest go live.

Project Management
Throughout the life cycle of the project, standard project management methodologies are implemented through a central Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO process includes regular updates and review of the Daily Status Reports (DSR), Project Status Reporting (PSR). Any slippages resulting in time variance or cost variance are then highlighted via escalation of management action points to both Credence Analytics Management and Client Management.
Services under AMC
We have an excellent infrastructure and process to provide regular support for customer sites. The India Development Center has VPN facility to be able to connect to the test environment in client network and provide instant support. In case of international clients, the local partner also provides local help desk and support for clarifications and system maintenance activities.
