Vijay Simha

Chief Executive Officer

Vijay is an engineer who went on to acquire an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. Since then, he has left behind an excellent career at Asian Paints in 1993 to be with Credence and grow it to what it is today. With his futuristic and people-centric approach, he has built a strong team of 160 people under his wings. Credence has carved a niche for itself and emerged as a specialist financial solutions company in the banking and financial services arena. It has garnered it's customer's trust and appreciation too. Geared with strong domain knowledge, mastery over technology and a sharp business acumen he leads with an example.

An ardent football fan and a player himself, his positive energy and attitude motivates one and all at work and on field too. He is also a voracious reader and believes in keeping himself up-to-date with everything around him, be it - domain, technology, politics or fiction. He starts his day with yoga which helps our "Captain-Cool" maintain his enviable composure throughout the day.


Tejas Doshi

Global Head - Sales & Business Development

Tejas, a B-school grad with over 18 years of experience comes with rich experience in Banking and Financial Technology arena. He has worked with ICICI Bank, Thomson Reuters (Refinitiv), Dow-Jones and has successfully lead Credence’s expansion in South East Asia, South Asia, MEA regions in the past before moving on to spearhead Sales & Business Development at Credence. His domain understanding, versatility in concept selling and achievement streak has helped position Credence as a leading player in Banking, Wealth & Investment Management and Insurance across the gamut of Business and Technology. It is this business acumen that brought us the laurels of being the No.1# investment solution provider. Adept at building alliances and partnerships, he ensures that client centricity is the DNA of Credence.

At Credence, he is best known for his relentless drive to achieve unprecedented goals and seamless cross-functional operability. He brings on highly infectious energy, enthusiasm & compassion which is extremely alluring and collaborative.

He follows the news, current affairs and plays table tennis, all with equal fervor.


Manoj Vartak

Sr. VP & Chief Product Architect

Manoj holds a degree in Computer Science and Statistics and no wonder approaches product design and solution with unchallenged precision and command. He has been with Credence since it's inception in 1993 and has over 20 years of experience in technology and banking & financial services domain. He heads and successfully runs the entire software development wing at Credence. He is our technocrat and holds the honours of having conceptualized and contributed to Credence's product portfolio. His expertise reflects in our software which has earned appreciation from our customers domestically and internationally.

At Credence, he stands as an example of commitment to product excellence and client service. He is known to be a great problem solver and can single-handedly manage product development and trouble-shooting as need be. He engages in technology research and volley-ball with equal enthusiasm.


Anita Ananthan

Sr. VP & Chief Finance Officer

Anita has been with Credence since 1997, heading the Finance & Legal & Administration department. She juggles her extended job role with an incomparable finesse and is also known to go out of her way to ensure completion of Credence goals. She is one of the best examples of “sense of responsibility” and “commitment” at Credence. Ownership reflects in all that she does at work and for people around her.

Anita wears multiple hats at work but apart from work, the one closest to her heart is her drive for social cause. She is the founder of “Club of Hope”, an NGO for Kids and the old. She is also an active member of other NGOs like Goonj and Toy Bank. Also, she loves arranging and being a part of celebrations at work and for her near and dear infusing her enthusiasm wherever she is.


S. Krishnakumar

Sr. VP & Chief Principal Consultant

Krishna is a Master’s in Business Management and has over 19 years of work experience in all. He worked with PAL -Peugot and Societe Generale before joining Credence in the year 2001. With more than 15 years of experience specifically in the IT sector, he heads the Business Analytics Department/ Business Consulting Group at Credence with an unmatched flair. Over the years, he has gathered expert domain knowledge in Treasury, Fund management and Banking. Krishna armoured with his listening and analytical skills, specialises in understanding the client’s requirements. He cuts through complexity & detailing with ease and champions the art of gap analysis and solutioning both. Therefore, be it Pre-sales or Post-Sales function, his ace status spans over both.

Matching his varied responsibilities in office, he actively participates in all extracurricular activities too. He is an avid badminton player and great sports enthusiast. Work, sports or music Krishna plays excellently to all tunes. He is a trained Mridangam player and enjoys Karaoke sessions and singing.


Ujjwal Patil

VP & Group Delivery Head - APAC

Ujjwal is a Master's in Computer Application and is known to be a “Master in People & Team Management Skills”. He joined Credence in the year 2001 and has traversed the length and breadth of the core functions during his career here. He started-off as a part of the Product team and has eventually become one of the most successful Delivery Head at Credence. His experience of this varied nature enables greater understanding of issues and gives him an extra edge while managing his deliveries and his clients. With over 15 years of experience, he expertises in the area of banking, financial services and treasury and also holds a number of successful domestic and international project deliveries to his credit.

At Credence, he is known for his sense of responsibility and ownership. He is a great people’s person, winning the trust not only of his team members but clients too. He likes playing badminton and table tennis. His drive for excellence at work is as relentless as his passion for driving cars and he drives both with equal panache.


Jatin Jolly

VP & Group Delivery Head - MEA

Jatin is a PMP certified professional who also holds Engineering and a Master’s degree in Management. With 20 years of IT experience, he has worked with companies like Patni, Mastek, Mahindra British Telecom and Hexaware. He joined Credence in 2012 and since then has been an integral part of the core team at Credence. He encompasses an overall domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services, Treasury, Insurance, Media and Airlines. He is dedicated to implementing best delivery practices that produce excellence and achieve business goals. His focus towards successful and timely project closure, both domestic and international, has earned him the laurels of being one of the most profitable Delivery Heads.

At Credence, he is known for his flawless project and process management skills which is reflective of his approach towards work and life. He loves to play cricket and badminton. Both at work and play, he is one of the most highly motivated and enthusiastic "target-chaser" Credence has ever seen.


Latha Mishra

Head - Human Resources

Latha is the “go to” People’s person at Credence and has been so for the past 13 years. She’s an MBA with a specialisation in HR. She engineers weaving in of Credence’s ethos and value based work ethic seamlessly in every core HR function. She has been working and leading the People’s group here since 2004. Latha joined us as a fresher and her work began with supporting the establishing of the function. Since then, she has worked with a multi-localed leading law firm and a leading broking house for a period spanning two years and walked back home to Credence to soon Head the function in its entire gamut of activities.

She’s a strong believer of designing and upholding Credence as a “Fun to work at” area and thereby moving it to the sphere of one of the “Great places to Work” at. She has established at Credence stable processes and a sustaining mechanism to support work on core areas such as Talent intake, Performance and Reward Management, People Skilling. This has helped her to now train her sights on designing Credence’s landscape to enable individual excellence in achieving product supremacy in an empowered and easy to create work space. Instituting practices combining Credence’s values and simultaneously breaking barriers of traditional silos to encourage innovation and creation is her passion.
