ING Vysya Bank goes Live on Credence Mercury-Fx

NG & Vysya Bank has gone live on Credence MercuryFx for automating its end to end forex exchange services. ING has chosen MercuryFx to manage their day to day operations in its new initiative to launch full fledged Foreign Exchange Services to its customers. ING's aim of having a product which is “easy to use” and provides support across spectrum of retail forex instruments is accomplished by using the system of Credence Analytics.

gone live on a browser based, multicurrency, real-time forex branch dealing
system to enable a structured communications and transaction among the treasury
dealing room, trade finance operations and retail branches The implementation
involved a team of domain experts and project consultants from Credence
focusing on automating the operations. With the maturity of product and
Credence domain expertise the implementation was completed in around 3 months
and the system has gone live.
